- SEAMLESS WATERPROOF DESIGN: Tarps up to 12’ wide use one large piece of seamless fabric to construct the tarp ensuring the tarp is waterproof.
- WELDED SEAMS: Tarps over 12’ wide are heat welded. Similar to a metal weld, heat sealing bonds the cover together making the cover waterproof.
- DOUBLE LAYER REINFORCED HEM: Hems are reinforced on all four sides with a 2” wide double layer of fabric. The brass eyelets spaced at 2’ intervals ensuring there are enough tiedowns to properly secure the tarp and these are also reinforced with an extra tab of PVC ensuring they will not rip out. Double stitched construction ensures maximum seam strength.
- WATERPROOF FABRIC: The fabric is double laminated on both sides to ensure it is waterproof. The cover will neither shrink nor absorb water and is resistant to mildew and rot.
- BEST QUALITY MATERIAL: The cover is made with a 6.3 oz. reinforced polyfabric manufactured in Canada and noted for being among the strongest and most durable of this weight available anywhere. Silver coated on the outside to reflect away as much sunlight and heat as possible and black on the inside to prevent sunlight from penetrating the cover and damaging the product you are trying to protect. The carbon black tapes and coating of this fabric have the best light resistance of any other colour of poly.
